ALEX NIEDRA
Principal
Alex founded BMP following a 10 year career as a sales and operations professional in the B2B and B2C spaces.
Alex is a graduate of McMaster University's Engineering & Management Program in Hamilton, Ontario. Following graduation, Alex held roles in customer support, operations and sales management in the construction & industrials sector.
Alex founded BMP in 2025 to help businesses create better media, and is proud to bring together the industry's best talent through the BMP team. Alex resides in Mississauga, Ontario with his family and is fluent in English, French and Latvian.

LOUISA FLORENTIN
Creative Director
Louisa's unique journey from psychology and neuroscience to storytelling in film and media is the cornerstone of her creative approach. With over a decade of combined experience in creative production, documentary filmmaking, and broadcast media, she brings a rare blend of scientific insight and creative vision to every project.
Her work—spanning hidden gem human-interest stories, global features, wedding films, and branded content—reflects a deep curiosity about what connects us.
From on-location shoots to remote producing, whether it be with a crew of 20 or 2, Louisa always aims to capture the profound essence of each narrative, reflecting the resilience, beauty, and humanity that define our shared experiences. She approaches each story as a journey, with the aim of creating work that resonates deeply and captures something real.
